2. Custom Orders
All products are custom-made. By placing an order, you acknowledge that each item undergoes a design and production process. Our standard turnaround time is up to 10 working days per item. For example, if you order multiple items, please allow additional time accordingly. Changes or cancellations cannot be made once an order enters the processing stage.
3. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order is in progress. Please ensure all order details are accurate before submission.
4. Shipping & Collection
We offer two shipping options once your order is ready:

Express Shipping – Usually delivered next working day

Standard Shipping – Usually delivered within 2 working days
Local collection is also available by arrangement. Please note that shipping times are in addition to the production turnaround time.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and products remain the intellectual property of Wilde About Daphne and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected and used solely for order processing and communication. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wilde About Daphne is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of our website or products, beyond the cost of the purchased item.
